Return and Replacement for Headphones and Earphones
Before filling out the returns and replacement form, try these troubleshooting tips
- If you have earphones with detachable cables, try your earphones with a new cable.
- Earphone nozzles can collect cerumen (earwax), which can clog the earphone and lower the sound quality.
- If you experience sound loss, check the nozzles for clogging before sending in the product. If buildup is observed, clean the nozzles using the supplied wax removal tool.
Time Saver Tip
You may contact your Shure authorized retailer where the product was purchased to return the product under warranty. Be sure to have your original sales receipt on hand.

Before Returning Your Earphones…
If you are losing sound in one or both of your earphones, the issue may be that the earphones need to be cleaned rather than repaired.
Try cleaning them using the provided cleaning tool as described in How To Use the Earphone Cleaning Tool.
